Your area must be clean as you found it when you set-up. If possible please email back your application and online payments will be available.

  1. To secure spots please check the dates you are interested in.
  2. Please send in associated fees which are non-refundable  to secure your space. These fees must be paid BEFORE THE SHOW. If you are a no show ,no call you forfeit total $$ this becomes a donation to the church
  3. *Parking: All Artists must park at the high school parking lot after unloading.
  4. * WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THERE ARE EMERGENCY CHILDCARE ISSUES. PLEASE INFORM US A HEAD OF TIME IF YOU ARE BRINGING A CHILD SO WE CAN PLACE BOOTHS ACCORDINGLY.  PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN OR TEENAGERS IN CONTROL. THANKS.
  5. *NO PETS, SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ON THE CHURCH PROPERTY.
  6. * Vendors are responsible to charge and report NC Sales Tax.
  7. * provide your own tables (we have cushioned seats available)
  8. $5 per vendor cleaning fee per show is included in booth fees for inside booths.
  9. All vendors will go through a jury process and will be notified if selected to participate in the show.

All authorized vendors participating in the Light House Arts & Crafts shows shall be individually and severally responsible for any loss, bodily or personal injury, deaths, and/or property damage that may occur as result of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents, and employees. All vendors hereby agree to indemnify and save the Light House Assembly Church harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses, including attorneys’ fees, suffered or incurred by Light House Assembly Church by reason of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents and employees. No insurance is provided Light House Assembly Church to participants in the Arts & Crafts Shows.

Upon request from the church there will be no smoking, pets and alcohol on the premises.
